EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MONITORING EVALUATION & LEARNING

Nomsey U. Okosa is an accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Director with over ten years of experience designing and implementing M&E systems across public health programs funded by USAID, the Global Fund, and the Resolve to Save Lives. He specializes in data-driven program performance management, health systems strengthening, and the integration of digital solutions such as DHIS2 to enhance data use for decision-making. With a strong background in Economics and advanced training in research and policy analysis, he brings a strategic approach to evidence generation, program learning, and accountability. Nomsey is deeply committed to building local capacity and promoting adaptive learning to improve health outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Sekinat Amoo is a global health consultant, strategist, and leadership advocate with extensive experience driving transformative projects across Africa. She specialises in maternal, newborn, and child health, health policy, and strategic program implementation. With a background in Pharmacology and Physiology, and a Master’s in Public Health, both from the UK, she has supported governments, development partners, and NGOs in designing and delivering impactful health interventions. Sekinat is passionate about improving healthcare access for women and children and advancing policies that drive sustainable health outcomes.
